During this 6-week program, you’ll begin to rebuild strength from the inside out with a strong focus on pelvic floor and core foundations.

This program is all about teaching you how to move forward safely, rebuilding strength, and feeling like yourself again.

During these small group sessions, you’ll get the care, attention, and support you deserve. We’ll meet you where you’re at — so you can move with confidence, without risking long-term health issues.

  • Checks for abdominal separation & pelvic floor–safe exercises
